About the role:
We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our fully remote team and help create clear, accurate documentation for technical services. You’ll work on API documentation, create guides that make complex systems easier to understand, and develop visual materials to explain how different technical components work together.
This role supports customer onboarding and partner enablement by turning technical information into documentation that is accessible, actionable, and easy to follow.
What you’ll do:
• Create and refine API documentation, ensuring it is accurate, consistent, and user-friendly• Write comprehensive technical guides for new services, including implementation guidance and reference materials• Develop diagrams and visual explanations to clarify complex technical processes• Work with developers, architects, and product teams to gather information and translate it into clear documentation• Support customer and partner inquiries by providing clear technical guidance• Review and update documentation as features and services evolve• Manage multiple documentation projects while maintaining high quality and attention to detail• Help establish documentation practices that improve clarity and consistency
Skills/background needed:
• Experience creating technical documentation (prior experience in software, API, or developer-focused environments is helpful but not required)• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to different audiences• Experience with API documentation tools and practices• Strong written communication skills• Ability to create diagrams, system flows, or similar visual documentation• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities• Detail-oriented approach with commitment to accuracy• Comfortable working from home and collaborating with distributed teams• Full training will be provided on tools and processes specific to this role
