The Role:
We are seeking a collaborative and motivated Technical Publications Coordinator to support the development and delivery of high-quality technical documentation. In this role, you will work alongside technical writers and content professionals while assisting with publication planning, documentation development, and review workflows. You will partner across teams to ensure technical content meets quality, delivery, and compliance needs. You will also contribute to content strategy, documentation management, and continuous improvement initiatives. What You’ll Be Doing:
• Support the coordination of technical documentation throughout the publication lifecycle, including planning, development, review, and delivery
• Assist in reviewing and organizing manuals and technical documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver clear, accurate, and user-focused technical content
• Participate in content management system activities, including content organization, review processes, and publishing workflows
• Support documentation, graphics, review, and editing services across projects
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and tracking publication timelines
• Help maintain departmental project plans, goals, and schedules
• Participate in continuous improvement activities focused on standardization and process optimization
• Represent the team in cross-functional discussions with internal stakeholders and partners
• Support a culture of accountability, collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement
Skills/background needed:
• No prior experience required—full training provided
• Familiarity with documentation processes and technical publishing concepts
• Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability

Where and When You’ll Work:
