Role: Marketing Coordinator

About the role:
This is an entry-level marketing coordinator position where you’ll support the marketing team by helping to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing projects and campaigns. You’ll work on a variety of tasks including managing timelines, coordinating events, supporting digital marketing efforts, and helping track campaign performance. This role offers hands-on experience across the full marketing spectrum in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do:
Marketing Operations & Project Coordination
• Coordinate marketing projects from start to finish
• Manage marketing calendars, project timelines, and digital asset files
• Work with internal teams and external partners on marketing activities
• Ensure marketing materials are brand-compliant and delivered on time
• Track project progress and help solve any roadblocks
Events & Marketing Support
• Help organize event logistics, registrations, and travel arrangements
• Manage promotional materials, booth displays, and inventory
• Support event communications and on-site coordination
• Assist with event follow-up and reporting
Campaign Coordination
• Help plan and schedule marketing campaigns
• Support campaigns across email, social media, product launches, and promotions
• Manage campaign timelines and digital marketing resources
• Help monitor how campaigns are performing
Marketing Reports & Analytics
• Help prepare marketing dashboards and performance reports
• Analyze marketing results and suggest improvements
Skills/background needed:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (preferred)
• 1–2 years of marketing experience or internship experience, or equivalent demonstrated interest in marketing
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
• Experience in healthcare or related industries
Technology experience:
We’ll provide full training, but experience with any of these is helpful:
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Email and team communication tools
• Canva or basic graphic design tools
• Email marketing platforms (such as Mailchimp)
• AI productivity tools like ChatGPT

Physical requirements:
This position involves:

Travel:
Occasional travel (approximately 5–10% of the time) may be required to support events and marketing initiatives.
