Social Media & Content Coordinator – Part Time Remote

About the Role

You enjoy doing the hands-on marketing work, not just planning it. You want to see your campaigns run, watch the results come in, and improve what isn’t working. If you get excited watching a campaign hit its targets and deliver real results, this role is for you.

This is a part-time position (20–30 hours per week), fully remote, and perfect for someone looking to build marketing experience from anywhere.

What You’ll Do

• Write and create the assets campaigns need, or brief specialists on what you need them to produce
• Pull monthly reports, understand the data, and recommend what to change or optimize
• Keep each client’s brand voice and message consistent across all platforms
• Bring improvement ideas to your team lead every 90 days
• Manage multiple clients and projects at once in a remote environment

Tools You’ll Use

Google Drive, Zoom, and other standard project management and communication platforms. Full training on all tools will be provided.

• You have strong written communication skills and are proactive in asking for help
• You’re curious and willing to learn. No background knowledge required—we’ll train you on everything you need to know
• You work well remotely and feel good making your teammates’ jobs easier

What This Role Is NOT

• Not a solo position—you’ll have a team behind you and specialists to support your work
• Not a design or coding role—you’ll work with specialists and brief them on what’s needed
• Not a strategy-only position—you’ll execute campaigns and own the day-to-day running of projects

• Comfortable with data analysis and reporting
• Able to manage multiple projects and clients at the same time
• Strong organizational and written communication skills
