Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Contract length: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Open to applicants worldwide. This is a fully remote role—work from home with flexible scheduling.

About the role:

We’re looking for an entry-level Report Writer to help gather, analyze, and present data in clear, meaningful ways. You’ll work with business teams to understand what information they need, then build reports and dashboards that help them make better decisions. This role involves extracting data from various systems, checking it for accuracy, and finding patterns that matter. You’ll also help automate routine reporting tasks to save time and reduce errors.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Gathering reporting needs from stakeholders and team members
  • Extracting and analyzing data from company systems
  • Designing reports and visual dashboards to present findings
  • Checking data for accuracy and consistency
  • Setting up automated reports to run on a regular schedule
  • Spotting data trends and quality issues, then suggesting improvements
  • Explaining technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Supporting the reporting environment and helping colleagues with data questions
  • Handling sensitive information with care, following all data security and privacy guidelines

Skills/background needed:

No prior experience required. Full training will be provided. We’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong interest in data analysis and problem-solving
  • Ability to gather information from multiple sources and spot patterns
  • Comfort learning new software tools (we’ll teach you what you need to know)
  • Clear communication skills—you’ll explain data findings to different audiences
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Basic familiarity with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel)
  • Willingness to learn SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Access, or similar reporting tools on the job

A background or qualification in computer science, data analytics, or information systems is a plus, but not required. What matters most is your eagerness to learn and grow in this field.

Work environment:

This is a fully remote position. You’ll work from home with a standard office setup. Expect to spend most of your time at a computer, though you’ll also have team meetings via video call and opportunities to present your work to stakeholders.

Why join us:

We value accountability, integrity, and inclusivity. You’ll be part of a supportive team that invests in your professional development. There’s real potential to grow your skills in data analysis and move into more advanced roles as you gain experience. You’ll work on meaningful projects that have a direct impact, and you’ll receive full training from day one.

What happens next:

You’ll complete a standard background check and provide a valid driver’s license as part of the onboarding process. All candidates are treated equally and fairly regardless of background.
