We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, revising, and maintaining technical documents including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation.
In this role, you will write and edit technical documentation for hardware and software, including installation, configuration, and how-to guides. You will create code documentation, produce implementation guides and end-user guides, provide field and data definition documentation, and format technical publications from drawings and consultations with technical personnel.
This is a fully remote position offering the opportunity to work from home while supporting a mission-critical enterprise IT environment. You will work alongside experienced engineers and technical professionals who will provide mentoring and guidance as you develop your skills.
About the role: You will prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation across multiple systems and platforms. Your work will include creating step-by-step guides, system architecture documentation, and training materials. You’ll collaborate with technical teams to ensure all documentation is accurate, clear, and accessible to end users.
What you’ll do:

- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly documentation
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience working with technical teams or in technical environments is helpful but not required
