We are looking for a friendly, beginner-friendly Customer Relations Representative to join our remote team. This is an entry-level role where full training is provided, so you can build customer service skills while working from home.
You will help customers with their questions, keep customer records accurate and up to date, support customer retention efforts, and work with other team members to make sure each customer is taken care of. You will also anticipate what customers need and follow up so they feel supported.
