About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Writer to help translate complex technical information into clear, accessible documentation. You’ll work with engineers, developers, and subject matter experts to create guides, manuals, and documentation that helps people understand and use technical systems and software.

What You’ll Do
Documentation Development
• Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation throughout its lifecycle
• Write user guides, manuals, and technical publications
• Create installation, configuration, and how-to guides for hardware and software
• Develop software documentation and end-user guides
• Gather technical information from multiple sources and translate it into clear written content
• Maintain documentation libraries and resources
Research and Collaboration
• Research technical subject matter and organize information for different audiences
• Work with developers and engineers to produce quality documentation
• Review engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Synthesize complex technical information into understandable formats
Publications and Reporting
• Prepare reports and briefings for different audiences
• Coordinate document layout and design
• Format technical publications using source materials and technical information
• Use tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and standard design software
Skills/Background Needed
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts
• Experience with Microsoft Word and presentation software
• Comfort learning new tools and technical subject matter
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams
• Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple documentation projects
