We are looking for beginner-friendly Chat Support Representatives to join our remote team. In this work-from-home role, you will help customers through online chat, answer basic questions, and make sure every person you assist feels heard and supported.
Day to day, you will respond to chat messages, guide customers to the right information, keep simple records of each conversation, and work with your team to solve problems quickly. Full training is provided, so you can learn as you go.
