We’re looking for a creative Writer/Producer to join our content development team. You’ll work on scripting and producing original programming, developing compelling characters and storylines for a global audience.
About the Role:
This is a fully remote position where you’ll create engaging scripts and storylines for episodic television programming. You’ll collaborate with a team of writers and producers to build narratives that resonate with diverse audiences worldwide. Your work will involve character development, script writing, and reviewing content for continuity and flow across multiple shows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop distinct and emotionally complex characters for diverse talent
• Write descriptive, engaging storylines for multiple television programs
• Collaborate with other writers to create compelling narratives for a global audience
• Review scripts and episodes for continuity, flow, and overall quality
• Incorporate audience insights and social media trends into storytelling
• Participate in regular creative team meetings and brainstorming sessions
Skills/background needed:
• Writing experience for television, film, or similar media
• Understanding of audience demographics and what resonates with viewers
• Ability to work collaboratively within a creative team
• Strong attention to detail and storytelling fundamentals
• Interest in character development and narrative structure
• Experience with social media and audience engagement is helpful but not required
