Roles: We are looking for a junior technical writer to join our documentation team. In this remote role, you will create clear, user-friendly help content, guides, tutorials, and release notes for software products. You will work closely with developers, engineers, and product managers to understand features and turn them into documentation that readers can follow.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, with training provided.
Skills/background needed: No prior technical writing experience required – we provide full training. You should be a clear writer in English, comfortable learning new software, and able to follow instructions. Familiarity with Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and basic HTML or Markdown is helpful but not essential. You will be supported as you learn to plan, write, and edit documentation, gather information from subject matter experts, and check your work against the product.
