We are hiring friendly, motivated people to join our remote customer support team as Inbound Insurance Agents. No prior experience is needed — we provide full paid training, including help getting licensed, so beginners are welcome to apply.
What You’ll Do:
• Answer inbound customer calls in a courteous, professional manner
• Use our knowledge base and training to answer questions and help customers with products and services
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues
• Document account details and process orders accurately
• Follow scripts, policies, and privacy procedures
• Escalate complex issues to the right team members
• Attend training and team meetings to stay up to date
Who We’re Looking For:
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to type quickly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Reliable, punctual, and able to self-manage
• A patient, helpful, customer-focused attitude
Work Format:
This is a fully remote, work-from-home role. Full training is provided, with paid training time and opportunities for growth into permanent positions.
