What you’ll do:
You’ll create clear, accurate documentation including user manuals, technical guides, release notes, and help systems. You’ll work closely with developers, engineers, and product managers to gather information and translate technical concepts into content that’s easy for different audiences to understand.
Skills we’re looking for:
Experience creating technical documentation (or eagerness to learn). Ability to collaborate with technical teams. Comfort with documentation tools like Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Confluence, or similar platforms. Basic familiarity with technical concepts related to software development is helpful but not required. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or Markdown is a bonus.
