General Purpose of Role:
As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for writing, updating, and maintaining technical documentation and processes. You will create instructional materials, manage document updates, and work within a document control system to ensure accurate information is available to support production teams.
What You’ll Do:
• Create work instructions and technical guides for production processes• Write and update technical documentation and process materials• Submit and manage document change requests• Develop and maintain knowledge of documentation tools and best practices• Ensure proper distribution and availability of all technical materials• Gather and organize resources needed for documentation projects
Skills and Background Needed:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent spelling and grammar• Ability to understand and explain technical information clearly• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint• Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of an organisation• Strong time management and attention to detail• Willingness to learn new tools and processes

While experience is valued, we welcome candidates who demonstrate strong writing ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing clear, accurate documentation. Full training will be provided on our specific systems and processes.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
