About the role:
We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our remote team and help create clear, accurate documentation for technical services. In this role, you’ll work on API documentation, create comprehensive guides, and develop visual explanations that make complex systems easier to understand.
You’ll support customer onboarding and partner enablement by turning technical details into documentation that’s accessible, actionable, and easy to follow.
What you’ll do:
• Create and refine API documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency• Develop comprehensive technical guides for new services, including implementation guidance and process flows• Create diagrams and visual explanations to clarify complex system interactions• Work with developers, architects, and technical teams to gather information and translate it into clear documentation• Support partner and customer onboarding by answering technical questions• Keep documentation current as services and features evolve• Manage multiple documentation projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail• Help establish documentation practices that improve clarity and consistency
Skills/background needed:
• Experience creating and maintaining API documentation• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to different audiences• Experience developing diagrams, system flows, or similar technical visuals• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work with subject matter experts and clarify technical information through collaboration• Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines• Detail-oriented approach with commitment to accuracy and consistency• Comfortable working fully remote and collaborating with distributed teams• No prior experience required – full training will be provided
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
