About This Role:
We’re looking for an entry-level Technical Content Writer to join our growing team. You’ll create clear, engaging content that explains complex technical topics to customers and internal teams. This is a fully remote position—work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
No prior technical writing experience is required. We provide full training and support to help you succeed from day one. If you’re a strong communicator who enjoys learning about technical products and translating them into compelling stories, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
• Create content including white papers, product documentation, articles, blogs, and digital materials
• Translate complex technical information into clear, accessible messaging for various audiences
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to develop case studies and success stories
• Research industry trends and emerging technologies to support thought leadership content
• Develop training materials and collateral for customer-facing initiatives
• Maintain content quality, consistency, and accuracy across all platforms
• Support product launches, presentations, and marketing campaigns
Skills/Background Needed:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn and explain technical concepts clearly
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with SEO and keyword strategies (or willingness to learn)
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and standard content management tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• A portfolio or writing samples demonstrating your ability to communicate clearly
