We’re looking for an entry-level Technical Content Writer to join our remote team. No prior experience is required – we’ll provide full training and support as you grow in this role.
What you’ll do:
You’ll create clear, user-friendly documentation and guides for technical products and platforms. Your work will help users understand complex features through well-structured, accessible writing. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather information, then transform it into polished content.
Skills/background needed:
Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. You should be comfortable learning new tools and platforms quickly. Experience with Google Docs or Microsoft Word is helpful. No technical background required – curiosity and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
Work format:
Fully remote. You’ll work from home with flexible hours and regular check-ins with your team via video calls and team chat apps.
