We’re looking for a Social Media & Marketing Specialist to join our growing remote team. You’ll develop strategy for social media campaigns, work across multiple platforms, and help brands connect with audiences in meaningful ways.
What you’ll do
Campaign Strategy — Create social media campaign concepts that drive engagement and results across platforms.
Platform Knowledge — Build expertise on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social networks, learning which formats and strategies work best for different brands and goals.
Trend Research — Stay current with pop culture, platform trends, and emerging social spaces, then turn those insights into actionable strategy briefs.
Analytics & Performance — Track campaign metrics, analyse what’s working, and use data to improve future strategy and results.
Team Collaboration — Work with designers, content creators, and other team members to keep campaigns on track from start to finish.
Skills/background needed
Experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, or creator marketing (or a strong willingness to learn).
Genuine passion for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms — you follow trends and understand what resonates with audiences.
Comfortable working with data and analytics to measure campaign performance and inform strategy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; you can explain strategic ideas clearly to team members and stakeholders.
Curiosity and willingness to learn new platforms and tools quickly.
