The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a fully remote basis. In this role, you’ll assist with core marketing functions including social media management, campaign support, content creation, and data analysis. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to help plan, execute, and evaluate marketing initiatives.
This is a flexible, remote position ideal for someone eager to learn marketing fundamentals and grow their skills in a supportive environment. No prior experience is required—we provide full training.
What You’ll Do:
• Implement and support marketing campaigns, including promotional materials, email campaigns, and social media content
• Analyze website and social media analytics to track campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Create engaging content for social media, blog posts, and marketing campaigns
• Research market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategy
• Monitor marketing metrics and prepare reports on campaign results
• Develop and present ideas for new marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Support the marketing team in planning and organizing promotional presentations
• Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the team
• Organize and maintain marketing materials and resources to keep everything current and accessible
• Research and identify potential customer opportunities and provide recommendations

• Familiarity with Canva is a bonus, but not required
• Experience with social media platforms is helpful but not essential
