About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Sales and Business Development Specialist to help businesses discover and implement effective digital marketing solutions. You’ll connect with business owners and decision-makers, understand their goals, and recommend services that genuinely help them grow their online presence.
This is a remote, independent contractor position with flexible working hours. No prior sales experience is required – we’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and enthusiasm for helping businesses succeed.
What You’ll Do
• Identify and reach out to potential clients through networking, referrals, and outreach activities
• Build genuine relationships with business owners and marketing decision-makers
• Learn about each prospect’s goals and recommend appropriate solutions
• Present services clearly and professionally
• Prepare proposals and guide opportunities through the sales process
• Keep accurate records of leads and conversations
• Collaborate with marketing and account teams to support new client onboarding
• Explore referral and partnership opportunities
Skills and Background Needed
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to listen to clients and connect their goals to practical solutions
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Professional approach to relationship-building
• Organized and reliable
• Experience working with business clients or decision-makers is helpful but not required
• Familiarity with digital marketing services (social media management, website design, SEO, paid advertising) is a plus
• An existing network of business contacts is beneficial
