This is a long-term, part-time contractor position with genuine potential to grow into full-time work. You’ll join a small, collaborative team that values strategy, ownership, and real results.

You’ll wear many hats—from writing and designing to automation and reporting. You’ll be encouraged to grow your skills, pitch ideas, and take ownership of campaigns that matter. What you’ll do

Content & Strategy:

• Write content for emails, blogs, social media, and websites
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute content aligned with client goals
• Think critically about the “why” behind each piece and how it supports the bigger picture

Tech & Execution:

• Build email sequences and automations using marketing platforms
• Support customer relationship management, tagging, and lead tracking
• Monitor messages and highlight key insights
• Assist with light website edits using WordPress or other platforms

Design & Brand Support:

• Design basic graphics in Canva to support content
• Ensure consistency with client brand voice and aesthetics

Organization & Reporting:

• Stay organized using project tracking tools and shared drives
• Support analytics tracking, campaign reporting, and light research

Skills/background needed:

• Familiarity with customer relationship management tools (or willingness to learn)
• Comfortable with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive
• A people person who builds trust and rapport easily
• Organized, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and follow through
• Genuinely loves learning and growing your skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills—you’re clear, responsive, and comfortable collaborating
• A strategic thinker who understands how content fits into the bigger marketing picture
• Strong editing and proofreading abilities
• Comfortable working independently and managing deadlines
• Available during standard business hours
