Help train artificial intelligence by writing and evaluating conversations. This fully remote, flexible role is perfect for beginners—no prior experience necessary. You’ll work on your own schedule, choosing projects that interest you and working between 5–20 hours per week, with the option to scale up to 40 hours.
What you’ll do:
Create diverse conversations across a range of topics, write high-quality responses to specific prompts, compare how different AI systems perform, and research and fact-check AI outputs to ensure accuracy.
What we’re looking for:
Fluent English (native or bilingual level), excellent writing and grammar skills, and strong research abilities. A bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) is required. Previous writing, editing, journalism, or media experience is helpful but not essential—we provide full training.
Contract length: Ongoing contract
