About This Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our growing team as a Social Media & Marketing Associate. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone passionate about building brand presence and driving customer engagement across digital platforms.
You will work remotely and help develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage our social media presence, and contribute to brand growth. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and customer acquisition in a supportive, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
Social Media & Content
Develop and manage content across social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Create engaging posts, stories, and campaigns that connect with our audience. Help plan content calendars, work on video strategy, and share customer stories that bring our brand to life.
Customer Acquisition & Growth
Support the development of campaigns that bring new customers to our platform. Assist with email marketing strategies, referral campaigns, and paid advertising efforts. Help analyze how customers find us and continuously work to improve our approach.
Brand & Messaging
Help maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms. Contribute ideas for how we communicate our mission and values to customers, partners, and the broader community.
Campaign Support
Assist with planning and promoting campaigns, including launch activities and special initiatives. Help coordinate with partners, influencers, and content creators to expand our reach.
Analytics & Reporting
Help track how our campaigns are performing by monitoring key metrics like engagement rates, website traffic, and customer sign-ups. Use this data to recommend improvements and optimizations.

Skills/Background Needed: No prior experience required. Experience with Canva is a bonus. A keen interest in digital marketing and customer engagement is essential.
Training & Support
Full training is provided. You’ll learn how to develop marketing strategies, create engaging content, manage social channels, and measure campaign success. You’ll work alongside an experienced team that supports your growth and development.
Contract Length: Ongoing, Full-Time
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Location: Open to applicants worldwide. This is a fully remote position—work from home, anywhere.

First 90 Days
Weeks 1–4: Get to know the team, learn our brand story, understand our audience, and begin assisting with ongoing campaigns.
Weeks 5–8: Start creating content independently, lead small projects, develop your own campaign ideas, and help with customer engagement efforts.
Weeks 9–12: Launch campaigns you’ve helped develop, measure results, continue improving your skills, and establish yourself as a key team member.
