About This Role
We’re looking for an entry-level Social Media & Content Specialist to help build and grow our organic social presence across multiple platforms. You’ll work on strategy, content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis—learning a repeatable system for driving awareness and engagement from day one.
This is a fully remote position, and we provide comprehensive training for all skill levels. No prior experience is required if you’re willing to learn and grow with us.
What You’ll Work On
Content strategy and planning across social media channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), email newsletters, and blog posts
Creating and scheduling content with a focus on clear, engaging writing and strong editorial voice
Managing content calendars, distribution schedules, and iterating based on performance
Repurposing content across multiple formats (social posts, email, blog clips, video clips)
Working with video production—reviewing scripts, providing creative direction, and managing delivery
Using analytics tools to understand what content performs well and why
Collaborating with writers, editors, and designers to maintain consistent quality
Skills & Background You’ll Need
Strong writing skills with attention to clarity, tone, and detail
Familiarity with social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) and how content performs on each
Interest in video content and basic understanding of short-form video structure and storytelling
Comfort with analytics and data—understanding which metrics matter and how to act on them
Ability to organize and manage multiple projects, deadlines, and team members (we’ll teach you our workflows)
Willingness to use AI tools for ideation, drafting, editing, and content repurposing
An eye for quality and detail—we care deeply about doing things well
