We’re looking for a creative content creator to help build brand awareness and engagement across social media platforms. This is a fully remote role perfect for someone who loves creating content, is comfortable on camera, and wants to develop their skills in a supportive environment.
No prior professional experience is required—we provide full training and mentorship. If you’re passionate about content creation, enjoy working with video and imagery, and want to learn industry-standard tools, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
• Create content for social media platforms including TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
• Develop your skills in video editing and graphic design using industry-standard software
• Work with video and imagery to produce engaging, on-brand content
• Pitch video ideas verbally and through written outlines
• Analyze social media performance data and use insights to improve future content
• Help gather and review video performance metrics to optimize the production process
• Organize and prepare final content for publishing across platforms
• Collaborate with team members on brainstorms and strategy discussions
• Repurpose content effectively for different platforms
• Problem-solve creatively throughout the production process
Skills/background needed
• Enthusiasm for content creation and social media
• Comfort being on camera and creating entertaining content
• Basic familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Willingness to learn video editing and graphic design tools
• Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Openness to feedback and coaching
• Genuine curiosity about what makes content engaging and shareable
