Overview
You’ll be the voice keeping online forum communities engaged, vibrant, and moving in the right direction. Your role is to participate authentically in discussions, spot trending topics, and respond to community members in ways that feel genuine and valuable. When tensions arise, you’ll handle them with grace and diplomacy. You’ll craft posts and comments that resonate with community members, create shareable content, and help build a positive, active environment where conversations thrive.
What you’ll do
• Actively participate in forum discussions, upvote quality content, and respond to comments to keep conversations flowing and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
• Monitor trending topics and emerging conversations so posts stay relevant and timely, and jump in when your contribution will matter most
• Address any negative comments or conflicts diplomatically while keeping a calm, respectful tone to protect community reputation
• Create high-quality, shareable content including memes, engaging posts, and compelling comment threads that reflect the community’s personality
Skills/background needed
• A natural ability to write comments and posts that are witty, relatable, and authentic to different online communities
• Creative confidence—you’re comfortable making memes and visual content that resonates with audiences
• Genuine passion for online culture, digital trends, and how conversations evolve across different platforms
• Previous forum moderation or community management experience is a plus, but full training will be provided
• No formal qualifications required—we’re looking for enthusiasm, creativity, and genuine community engagement skills
Contract length
Full-time employee role, 40 hours per week

Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
