We’re hiring a Social Media Analyst to join our strategy team. You’ll own social analytics work for clients, including recurring reporting, analysis, and social listening across multiple platforms.

What you’ll do
• Create and manage recurring and ad hoc reporting across social platforms
• Build and maintain analytics dashboards and reporting workflows
• Support social listening using industry-standard tools
• Manage content tagging, taxonomy, and classification
• Establish benchmarks across platforms, formats, and content types
• Turn data into clear, evidence-based insights and strategic recommendations for clients
• Maintain clear documentation of your methodology, assumptions, and findings
• Manage your own workflow and prioritize requests independently
Skills/background needed
• Experience with social analytics and social performance reporting across multiple platforms (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and workflows using analytics tools
• Familiarity with social listening platforms
• Understanding of platform-specific metrics, benchmarking, and tagging
• Basic statistical literacy and analytical thinking
• Experience working within established processes, including quality review
• Strong written communication skills and ability to explain data clearly
• Comfort with receiving feedback and having your work reviewed
• Ability to work independently and thoughtfully question assumptions
