Your day-to-day work includes participating in discussions, responding to comments thoughtfully, and staying on top of trending topics to post timely, relevant content. When challenges arise—like negative comments or conflicts—you’ll handle them diplomatically while maintaining a positive community atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
Actively participate in forum discussions, upvote quality content, and respond to comments to keep conversations flowing and maintain a positive presenceStay on top of viral content and trending topics to ensure posts are relevant and timely, jumping in on discussions when most effectiveAddress any negative comments or conflicts diplomatically while maintaining a calm and respectful tone to protect community reputation
Skills/background needed:
A knack for crafting witty, relatable comments and posts that align with diverse online communitiesAbility to create engaging posts and compelling comment threadsGenuine interest in memes, online conversations, and digital trendsNo prior experience required—full training provided. If you have previous forum moderation or community management experience, that’s a bonus.
