We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This is a fully remote, entry-level role with full training provided – no prior experience necessary. You will be the main point of contact between customers and the sales department, helping people get clear answers and great service.
What you’ll do:
Greet customers, understand their service needs, and document issues. Prepare clear cost estimates and explain available promotions, then obtain approvals and payments. Keep customers updated on progress, explain completed work, and resolve any concerns with a positive attitude.
Skills/background needed:
No degree required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Good organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working as part of a team. Basic computer skills are helpful. Full training is provided, so a willingness to learn matters most.
Work format: Work from home, fully remote. Flexible scheduling available, with opportunities for growth into more senior roles over time.
