Roles: Support a sales team with customer and order management, product information, and daily order processing.
What you’ll do:
Enter and track orders, monitor inventory arrival timelines, and prepare simple client reports. Work with sales, purchasing, production, procurement, and logistics teams to keep orders moving. Share basic product information with customers and team members. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is needed.
Skills/background needed:
Comfortable using email and spreadsheets. Organised, careful with details, and willing to learn. Good written communication and a friendly, helpful attitude. A high school diploma or equivalent is helpful but not required.
Work format: Fully remote — work from home or anywhere. Flexible schedule with full training provided and opportunities to grow into a permanent role.
