What you will do:
Help customers by listening to their needs and suggesting products that fit. Share product information and support customers through the buying process. Keep track of merchandise and help keep information organized. Answer customer questions and resolve concerns in a friendly, helpful way. Support team members and take on small projects as needed.
Skills/background needed:
A high school diploma or equivalent is helpful but not required. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Basic ability to calculate discounts and percentages. Comfort working from a computer. A flexible schedule that can include evenings and weekends is a plus.
