We are looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our team as a Customer Service Shift Supervisor. This is a fully remote, entry-level role with full training provided, so no prior experience is needed to get started.
Roles: Guide daily customer service tasks during your shift, support team members with questions, keep interactions helpful and on track, and make sure simple processes are followed consistently.

Contract length: Ongoing, with full training provided.
Skills/background needed: A high school diploma, basic math skills, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service skills. Comfort using a computer and working from home is helpful. No degree or prior supervisory experience required.
