As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find products that fit their needs. This role is beginner-friendly, with full training provided and no prior experience required.
Roles: Welcome customers and assist with product styles, features, and benefits. Resolve customer issues and support several customers at once. Help with online and in-store orders to keep the shopping experience positive. Process register transactions. Restock products and handle shipments as needed. Share current promotions and loyalty program details. Keep the store safe and clean.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time or part time, flexible scheduling available.
Skills/background needed: A positive, solutions-oriented mindset. Good customer service and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks at once. No degree or prior experience necessary, full training provided.
