About this role:
We’re looking for a Proposal Writer to join our growing team. You’ll help create clear, compelling written responses to client requests, working with internal teams to showcase our investment strategies and services. This is a fully remote position perfect for someone starting their writing career in financial services.
What you’ll do:
• Write and coordinate responses to client proposals and information requests, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery• Lead initial kickoff calls to understand client needs and requirements• Partner with sales, product, and compliance teams to develop compelling written content about investment strategies• Work with assigned teams to understand the client base and tailor responses appropriately• Identify opportunities to improve content and collaborate with content managers• Support development of responses for new products and capabilities• Handle ad-hoc requests in a fast-paced environment• Participate in team projects and support colleagues through peer feedback• Maintain accurate records in internal systems• Demonstrate curiosity about new tools and technologies that can improve efficiency
Skills/background needed:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to collaborate effectively with people at all levels• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel• Good analytical and numerical skills• Interest in investment strategies and financial services (training provided)• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Proactive approach to learning and problem-solving• Experience with financial services or proposal writing is helpful but not required—we provide full training
