About this role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Proposal Writer to join our team on a fully remote basis. You’ll help prepare written responses to client requests, working with internal teams to create clear, compelling content that showcases our investment strategies and services.
This is an entry-level position. Full training will be provided, and you’ll work in a supportive environment where learning and growth are encouraged.
What you’ll do:
• Prepare written responses to client proposals, questionnaires, and information requests with accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinate with internal teams across sales, product, operations, and compliance to gather information and develop high-quality written content
• Participate in kick-off calls to understand client needs and tailor responses accordingly
• Maintain accurate records of requests and deliverables using internal systems
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team projects and process improvements
• Support multiple deadlines and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate curiosity about emerging tools and technologies that can improve efficiency
Skills and background needed:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams across different departments
• Comfort with learning new systems and tools
• Basic analytical and numerical skills
Prior experience in financial services or proposal writing is helpful but not required. We’ll provide training to help you succeed.
