We are hiring a Proposal Writer to join our team on a fully remote basis. You will help develop clear, compelling proposals that forge partnerships and improve mobility services worldwide.
What You’ll Do:
• Work with cross-functional teams to research potential partners’ transportation needs and develop winning proposal strategies.
• Take complex product and service information and rewrite it into clear, easy-to-understand content.
• Create original proposal materials that highlight relevant solutions and capabilities to prospective partners.
• Lead proposals from initial research through final submission and review.
• Research industry trends, news, and service innovations to inform compelling proposal narratives.
• Communicate professionally with partners via email and phone calls.
Skills/background needed:
• Strong writing and communication skills with careful attention to detail and structure.
• Ability to absorb complex information quickly and explain it clearly.
• Organised, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Interest in transportation, urbanism, or public services (passion, not prior experience, is what matters).
• Undergraduate degree in any field; no prior proposal writing experience required.
• Full training provided on all processes and tools.
