We are looking for a part-time News Writer and Editor to join our all-news team. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role where you will write, edit, and help produce a daily block of news coverage.
No prior experience is required. Full training is provided, and beginners are welcome to apply.
Roles:
Write and edit news stories for live and breaking coverage
Work with reporters and on-air presenters to shape content
Help produce a set portion of the daily news schedule
Meet regular deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Skills/background needed:
Comfortable writing and editing in English
Willing to learn newsroom and audio editing tools
Able to work to deadlines
Interest in news and current events
