Roles: We are looking for friendly, dependable people to join our team as Overnight Customer Experience Representatives. In this work-from-home role, you will help customers with reservations, answer questions, and make sure every interaction is positive and efficient.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, with a consistent weekly schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly and help them with rental questions and reservations
• Answer incoming calls about rates, general questions, and service needs
• Make outgoing calls for follow-ups and other assigned tasks
• Explain service terms and available options clearly
• Offer directions and general information to assist customers
• Keep notes on any customer or equipment issues and share them with your supervisor
• Take part in training and development opportunities
Skills/background needed:
• No prior experience required – full training provided
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable working late evening and weekend hours
• Friendly, patient, and helpful attitude
• Basic computer skills
