We are looking for a Junior Website Content Writer to help create clear, helpful articles and web pages for our customers. This is a fully remote, entry-level role with full training provided — no prior experience necessary.
What you will do
• Interview people and turn what you learn into simple, readable articles.
• Write and edit guides, emails and web pages.
• Follow a style guide and suggest small improvements.
• Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing.
• Keep existing content accurate and easy to find.
What we are looking for
• Curiosity about how things work.
• A portfolio of clear, practical writing.
• Strong editing habits.
Nice to have
• Basic knowledge of search engine optimisation.
• Familiarity with card disputes.
Working arrangement
• Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule.
