Roles: We are looking for a Junior Product Documentation Writer to join our fully remote education and enablement team. You will help turn complex product features and workflows into clear, accurate, easy-to-read documentation for customers and internal teams. Full training is provided, so no prior professional experience is necessary.
What you will do:
• Create and update help center articles and workflow guides to reflect the latest product features.
• Work with product and engineering colleagues to gather context on new features and translate technical details into user-friendly content.
• Help draft and publish release notes that clearly explain product changes and their impact on users.
• Collaborate with support and services teams to build documentation that helps customers get started.
• Review and refresh screenshots, visuals, and existing content for accuracy and consistency.
Skills/background needed:
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn how products work and how users interact with them.
• Careful attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, polished content.
• Good organisation and the ability to manage several content updates at once.
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with technical and customer-facing teams.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
