We are looking for a friendly beginner to join our support team and help people get the most out of their computers. This is a fully remote, entry-level role with full training provided, so you can start with no experience and learn as you go.
Your day-to-day work will include helping users with basic device questions, setting up and updating software, keeping simple records up to date, writing short how-to notes, and working with teammates on small projects. You will be supported throughout and encouraged to ask questions as you build your skills.
