Roles: We are looking for a Junior Documentation Writer to join our remote team. In this role, you will help improve and organize our existing knowledge base, turning outdated procedures and how-to guides into clear, easy-to-read documentation for both technical and non-technical staff.
What you’ll do:
• Review existing knowledge base content and help identify gaps and outdated material.
• Rewrite procedures, guides, and articles in plain, accessible language.
• Work with team members to confirm accuracy and keep documentation up to date.
• Help maintain content templates, style guidelines, and tagging conventions.
• Manage your writing queue with minimal supervision and flag blockers early.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required – full training is provided. You should be comfortable writing clearly and explaining complex ideas in simple terms. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic online tools is helpful. A willingness to ask questions and learn is more important than a long resume.
Rate: Competitive entry-level rate, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Flexible, with potential to move into a longer-term role.
Work format: Fully remote – work from home or anywhere with a reliable internet connection. Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
