We are looking for a beginner-friendly SEO Blog Writer to join a fully remote content team. This is an entry-level writing role with full training provided, so no prior professional experience is required.
Roles: Write and update long-form blog posts, follow simple SEO briefs, and improve existing articles for clarity and search visibility.
What you will do:
- Write and refresh blog posts based on provided topics and briefs.
- Apply basic SEO practices such as keyword usage, headings, links, and metadata.
- Publish content in WordPress with correct formatting.
- Proofread and check facts before publishing.
- Work with editors and subject experts to keep content clear and accurate.
Skills/background needed: Comfortable writing in English, willing to learn SEO basics, and able to manage a few deadlines. Familiarity with WordPress or Google Docs is a plus but not required. Full training is provided.
Rate: Competitive entry-level rate, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Temporary remote contract with the potential to move into a longer-term role.
