Junior Customer Service Representative – Work From Home
We have immediate openings for friendly, beginner-level people who enjoy helping customers. No prior experience is needed and full training is provided, so this is a great first step into a remote customer support role.
Roles:
Support customers across the full experience by answering questions about products and orders. Help with setting up and closing the register and handling customer payments, returns and exchanges accurately. Keep merchandise areas tidy and well stocked, and stay up to date on promotions and product information so you can guide customers clearly.
Skills/background needed:
A positive, customer-focused attitude and a willingness to learn. Comfort using a computer and basic tools, with training provided on everything else. No degree required and no experience necessary. This role is fully remote and you can work from home, so the physical parts of a store role do not apply.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time and part time options with flexible schedules.
