Overview
We are looking for a junior writer to help prepare project manuals and specifications for commercial building projects. This is a fully remote, entry-level role with full training provided. No prior experience is required.
Roles:
Review drawings and work with the architectural team to write and assemble specifications. Coordinate with engineering, clients, and contractors to include their requirements in project manuals. Research materials, products, and building systems, and support project teams with material and system selections.
Skills/background needed:
A willingness to learn and a basic interest in building projects. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is necessary. Comfort with Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus. You should be organized, careful with details, and able to work from home.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, ongoing
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
