We’re hiring a Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist to help bring brand and marketing strategy to life across print, digital, advertising, and campaigns.
This is an execution-focused, graphics-focused role for someone who can manage a high volume of creative requests while maintaining strong visual consistency and attention to detail. You’ll be equally comfortable designing polished campaigns, updating marketing materials, preparing event collateral, organizing creative assets, and managing revisions from request through completion.
You’ll work closely with marketing leadership, coordinators, video, digital, and outside vendors to ensure projects are completed accurately, professionally, and on time.

Consistent, high-quality creative work across all marketing initiatives
Faster design turnaround times and a reliable creative production pipeline
Strong visual consistency across print, digital, advertising, and event materials
Marketing materials that reflect brand standards while adapting appropriately for different audiences
An organized and accessible library of templates, photography, logos, brand assets, and completed creative
Strong ownership of projects from initial request through revisions, approval, and completion
Responsive support for team members and stakeholders
Accurate, polished work that requires minimal correction
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Creative Production
Develop creative concepts based on marketing objectives and messaging
Resize and adapt creative across formats, markets, campaigns, and advertising placements
Prepare final artwork for print and digital production
Handle revisions quickly and accurately while maintaining the integrity of the overall design
Design a wide range of print and digital marketing materials, including:
One-sheets and brochures
Postcards and direct mail
Digital and display advertising
Paid advertising graphics
Event invitations and materials
Signage and banners
Presentations and presentation graphics
Infographics and educational materials
Firm announcements and recognition graphics
Website graphics and digital assets
Campaign creative and supporting collateral
Website & Digital Marketing Support
Support website content updates, including staff profiles, media mentions, blogs, event pages, announcements, and related visual assets
Format and prepare content so website materials are visually consistent, accurate, and on brand
Learn and work within the website content management system and established digital workflows
Skills/background needed:
Strong design capabilities using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual hierarchy
Ability to translate complex information into clear, visually engaging creative
Experience creating a variety of marketing materials, including digital graphics, social media creative, presentations, and branded collateral
Strong copy and editing instincts, with the ability to identify when messaging needs clarification
Ability to work quickly while producing thoughtful and professional content
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with marketing and leadership
Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions quickly while maintaining brand standards
Bonus skills (nice to have):
Motion graphics experience
Experience supporting social media campaigns or working alongside social media teams
