Roles: Grant Writer (entry level)
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Flexible, part-time hours with the option to grow.
Skills/background needed: No prior grant-writing experience required. Full training is provided, along with peer review before anything is submitted. A background or interest in libraries and archives is a plus, but not essential.
We are looking for a beginner-friendly Grant Writer to help prepare funding proposals for a digital preservation programme. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours, and you can work from home or anywhere that suits you.
You will research and draft grant proposals, help prepare supporting materials for funders, and keep track of deadlines and submissions. Everything you reference is publicly documented, so your work is easy to verify and back up.
The work is broken into clear, manageable tasks, which makes it a great first assignment for someone new to a grant desk. You will work through a team chat app, with peer review and support before each submission, and there are opportunities for growth as the programme expands.
Location: Remote work worldwide (English speaking preferred)
