We’re looking for a freelance writer to create compelling business proposals and pitch decks. You’ll take brief outlines from our team and transform them into persuasive, well-designed presentations that tell a strong story and win new opportunities.
What you’ll do:
Write clear, compelling copy for pitch proposals tailored to each opportunity. Design and build slide decks using Google Slides, working from templates. Edit and refine proposals based on team feedback. Manage multiple proposals at once while meeting deadlines. Maintain a library of proposal templates, case studies, and assets for future use. Proofread final versions for accuracy and consistency.
Skills and experience you’ll need:
Strong writing skills with experience in proposals, copywriting, or commercial storytelling. Proficiency in Google Slides. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. Self-motivated and organised, comfortable working independently and communicating clearly with team members. No prior industry experience required – we’ll train you on our approach and tone.
Contract length: Ongoing freelance
Hours: Flexible, approximately 15 hours per week
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application
