Role: Field Service Representative
We are looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our team as a Field Service Representative. This is a beginner-friendly role with full training provided, so no prior experience is needed. You will help customers with deliveries and pickups, handle equipment carefully, keep records accurate, and provide great service during every interaction.
Responsibilities:
Drive a work truck to deliver and pick up equipment on time. Prepare items for delivery and help load and unload the vehicle. Clean and sanitize equipment following quality standards. Complete delivery and pickup paperwork accurately and keep basic vehicle records. Help maintain the truck’s appearance and report routine servicing needs. Treat every customer with professional, friendly service. Other duties as assigned.
Skills/background needed:
No experience required; full training provided. A high school diploma or equivalent is helpful. A clean driving record and a willingness to learn to operate a work truck are required. You should be able to follow safety and cleaning steps carefully and lift up to 30 lbs, with help for heavier items. Comfort working with cleaning products is a plus. Two professional references are requested.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, ongoing.
