Roles: We are looking for friendly, reliable people to join our remote support team as Field Service Representatives. No prior experience is required, and full training is provided to help you get started with confidence.
What you will do:
• Help customers by phone and email with questions, updates, and basic troubleshooting
• Complete simple service and maintenance reports using shared templates
• Work with team members to resolve issues and keep customers informed
• Keep learning through ongoing online training and support
Skills/background needed:
• A willingness to learn and a helpful attitude
• Basic computer skills, including email and shared documents
• Good communication in English
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
• Comfort working independently and as part of a team
